Our editorial policy is determined by independent control of compliance with the interests of the journal and the quality of published articles. This is guaranteed by the editorial Board and the editorial Board. We are proud to have prominent scientists from the United States, Canada, Germany, Austria, Hungary, and other countries on our editorial Board. The Board and Editorial Board of the journal also consist of leading scientists from Russian scientific organizations (Lomonosov Moscow state University, national research University Higher school of Economics, Institute of applied mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences). M. V. Keldysh, Schmidt Institute of Earth Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of strength physics and materials science, TOMSK, etc.)

We want the achievements of Russian scientists in the interdisciplinary environment in the era of knowledge synthesis in such areas as the theory of modes with exacerbations, synergetics, cumulative-dissipative direction, the theory of nonlinear hierarchical evolution and co-evolution of different tempomirs, the theory of environmental and cognitive landscapes to become known and appreciated in the international academic environment.

We welcome authors from other countries. We want to make our magazine a platform for international comparative discussion of various aspects of the world, regardless of nationality.

Research of the principles of Formation of the social subsystem in the super-system of the Biosphere is also our goal. Despite the opinion that the concept of globalization does not fully correspond to the knowledge of the principles of co-evolution, we strive to develop this approach of comparisons. It is necessary to organize international scientific platforms to discuss the problems that arise during the implementation of such scientific structures in different societies. Our magazine can be considered as a platform for such a dialogue. This niche can become one of our successful applications in terms of understanding the principles of co-evolution of subsystems with different temp worlds (Biosphere and Society).

I would like to thank all the members of our editorial Board and editorial Board for joining us in this important and promising new project.

Ivanov O. P.
